Q. Why does my Films on Demand persistent link not work in Power Point?

Unfortunately there is a “conflict with Microsoft”.  When accessing a persistent link within a Microsoft product - from the College, Microsoft breaks the authentication that would bring you directly to the video/clip. To get around this, open Films on Demand independently within a browser.  Then any link within Power Point will authenticate.  (This workaround operates based on the cookie that is created on your computer when you initiate a session within the FOD platform.)
