Persistent linking connects users directly to an eResource by clicking a link embedded in a website.  This feature will allow you to reliably link to resources in the library’s subscription databases.


A persistent link is made up of two parts. The first is the Remote Authentication (so the article can be accessed off campus) http://ra.ocls.ca/ra/login.aspx?inst=sault&url= The second is the document URL which links to the article.
